Saturday August 23rd – 2014 ‘Woodstock Jazz Festival’

Head to Woodstock Square for the 7th Annual Woodstock Jazz Festival, for a day of nothing but jazz!  Woodstock Square is the perfect setting for some great jazz, grab some chairs or a blanket and head to the Gazebo in the Park on the Square for a mornings worth of FREE Jazz. Then do a little shopping and grab a bite to eat and it will be time to head to the Stage Left Cafe for an evening of unforgettable Jazz. for more info go to http://www.jazzonthesquare.com/

THE MORNING: 

The Rick Embach Trio - 9:30 am
Vibraphonist Rick Embach and his friends have been entertaining audiences all over the area. They’re a local staple in the jazz scene and should not be missed!

Outcast Jazz Band – 11:00 am
Back by popular demand! The Outcast Big Band will knock your hair back with their powerful sound and heavy swing. A truly inspiring group of musicians!

THE EVENING:

For the evening the music moves indoors to Stage Left Cate, 125 E. Van Buren Street, attached to the Woodstock Opera House on the Historic Woodstock Square. $10
