Live the Movies – Free the Birds with a Fruit and Vegetable Cooking Class for Kids

Freebirds

The Movie Free Birds is about two turkeys who team up and travel back in time to change the course of history by getting turkey off the Thanksgiving menu. It is that time of year when turkeys are getting nervous, in order to relieve their stress we would like to promote eating more fruit and vegetables. If you have a hard time encouraging your children to eat more fruit and veggies you may want to sign them up for this free cooking class at Duke’s Ale House and Kitchen in Crystal Lake. The added bonus is, you can enjoy a meal out without the kids or the need of a babysitter. While you have lunch your child is having fun in the kitchen. The classes are held every other Sunday from 12pm – 1:30pm for children ages 4 – 8. The class is designed to inspire children to eat and love fruits and vegetables. Reservations are required.
